Dariel Studio, the well-known interior design studio based in Shanghai,is looking for a full time, experienced and talented interior designer for various design projects.
TITLE: Interior Designer - ( Chinese or Foreigner)
minimum 3 to 5 Years experience
SALARY RANGE: TBC
STARTING DATE: Mid February 2014
REPORTING LINE: Design Department Director
LOCATION: Shanghai, China
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT: English Fluent and Chinese Basic or Chinese Fluent and English Average
KEY TASKS
- Understand clients expectations, conceptualize and propose design concepts
- Manage projects from Concept to Production.
- Take part and conduct meetings presentations and brainstorms with clients
- Follow the construction, coordinate with local construction companies as well as other suppliers
- Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards, client requirements and timeline
- Collect and gather information on design trends and consumer lifestyles
REQUIREMENT
- Good written and verbal communication skills with English and Chinese
- Minimum 3 to 5 years similar working experience as an Interior Designer
- An experience in luxury Interior Design
- Excellent skills with Autocad, Sketch Up, Photoshop, Ilustrator
- Strong knowledge in construction process and materials
- Very Good presentation and communication skills
- Degree in Interior Design or equivalent
- A portfolio proving Design skills & creativity
